2. Abi Will Reach Out to You Once she receives your form, Abi will personally reach out to schedule your free 15-minute consultation call. This call is a no-pressure conversation where you can share your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping to experience differently in your life. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for Abi’s style and ask any questions you have about the process.

3. Begin Your Healing Journey If it feels like a good fit, you’ll schedule your first full session and the real work begins. Abi uses a personalized, evidence-based approach to help you quiet your mind and process the memories and patterns that have been holding you back. Her therapeutic toolbox includes approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe anxious and negative thought patterns, mindfulness-based techniques to help you slow down, get present, and reconnect with yourself, and somatic and grounding strategies to help regulate your nervous system and find calm in your body. Every treatment plan is tailored specifically to you — because your healing should be as unique as your story.
